Terms & Conditions
These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the terms on which we supply BrushPod to trade customers. Please read them before using the site or placing an order. By using the site you accept the website terms below, and by placing a trade order you accept the trade sale terms in Part B.

Part A: Website terms of use

Misuse of this kind may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we may withdraw your access, take legal action, or report the matter to the authorities.

We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it. The content is provided for general information and is not advice you should rely on. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time.
Our liability for the site
We are not responsible for any loss arising from your inability to use the site, or from reliance on its content, except where we have been negligent. It is your responsibility to protect your own devices, and we are not responsible for loss caused by viruses or other harmful material arising from your use of the site or anything linked from it. Where the site links to other websites, those links are provided for information only and we have no control over their content.

General
These website terms are governed by English law, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
Part B: Trade sale terms
These terms apply to the supply of BrushPod by us to trade customers. They do not cover consumer sales, as we no longer sell to consumers through this site.
Who these terms apply to
By placing an order you confirm that you are buying in the course of your business, for example as a pet shop or veterinary practice, and not as a consumer. Because you are a business buyer, the cancellation and distance-selling rights that apply to consumers do not apply to your order.
How an order is placed
There is no online checkout. You make an enquiry through the trade form or by email, telling us how many cases you would like and your delivery details. We will confirm availability and send you a pro forma invoice. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and issue that invoice. Stock is limited clearance stock and is offered on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability, which we confirm on the invoice.
Price and payment
BrushPod is sold at £2 per unit excluding VAT, in cases of 24 units, at £48 excluding VAT per case, with a minimum order of one case. Prices are confirmed on your pro forma invoice. VAT is added at the prevailing rate and shown on the invoice. UK mainland delivery is included; deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore postcodes may carry a surcharge, which we will quote before you commit. Payment is by bank transfer in full before we despatch the goods.
Condition of this stock
This is clearance stock that has been held in storage, and it is sold on the following basis, which is reflected in the trade price. The catnip and matatabi (silvervine) blend is no longer included, and the glass tube supplied with each unit is empty. The laser toy is rechargeable and will need an initial charge before first use. Otherwise the product is complete and supplied in its original retail packaging.
Delivery, risk and title
We aim to despatch within three working days of receiving payment, with UK delivery typically within two working days by tracked courier. Delivery dates are estimates and time is not of the essence. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Faulty or damaged goods
This is a clearance sale and there is no sale-or-return. If any goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us at meow@kubaandleia.com within seven days of delivery with details and a photograph, and we will replace them, or refund them if we cannot replace them. This does not affect any rights you have in law in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, our liability is limited to the price of the goods, except that we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or goodwill beyond the price of the goods.
General
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Neither party may transfer its rights or obligations without the other's written consent, except that we may transfer ours if we sell the business. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. If any term is found to be invalid, the rest will continue to apply. A person who is not a party to the contract has no rights under it. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when we issue your pro forma invoice.
